Visiting Trouw Nutrition GB

Trouw Nutrition GB operate an Appointment Only policy.
Visitors to the offices should enter the site by our visitor gateway (around 50m earlier than the goods entrance). Parking for visitors is immediately on the right hand side when entering the site. The reception area is just a short distance from the visitors' car park.
The door into the office building is kept locked permanently. To gain access dial B followed by the extension number of the person you are visiting or the General Enquiries number 3056. Please state your name, company name and the name of the person you are visiting. The door will be released remotely to allow access. Instructions are on display in the entrance.
Once in the reception area, please sign in at the iPad and take a visitor's badge. Please display your badge clearly at all times.

Customers arranging collection of orders will need to provide the haulier with the following information:
- Trouw Nutrition GB Order Number
- Customer Name
The haulier should have this information available to give to Trouw Nutrition GB Gatehouse on arrival.
Goods Inwards / Product Delivery
All deliveries should be booked in prior to arrival on site. Failure to do so can lead to refusal of load.
To book in a delivery, you will need to call the Supply Chain Department +44 (0)1335 341151 or +44 (0)1335 341103 with the following information:
- Trouw Nutrition GB Purchase Order Number
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Time
The haulier should have the Trouw Nutrition GB Purchase Order Number available to give to Gatehouse on arrival.
