We are pleased to announce changes within our Young Animal Feeds Ruminant team that further strengthen the support we provide to our customers.

We are pleased to share that we have made some changes to our Young Animal Feeds Ruminant team.
Nacia Bonnick has been appointed Young Animal Feeds Technical Sales Manager where she will support customers with nutritional solutions and drives growth within the youngstock portfolio. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural and Livestock Science from The University of Nottingham.
Following graduation, Nacia expanded her practical experience in the dairy sector by joining the University of Nottingham’s Dairy Centre as an Arable and Dairy technician.. In 2021, she joined Trouw Nutrition as a Formulator, specialising in milk replacers.
More recently she has been the Trouw Nutrition GB Digital Solutions & Sustainability Lead, where she provided forage support, managed the digital portfolio and lead sustainability initiatives in GB, ensuring that innovative feeding strategies contribute to both animal performance and long-term environmental goals.
Passionate about a holistic approach to ruminant nutrition, Nacia actively collaborates with farmers, colleagues and industry partners to promote best practices that deliver meaningful progress for both livestock and the wider sector.
Lily-Ann Pardoe joins the company as Young Animal Feed Technical Advisor, with a passion for calf health and nutrition. Having graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Bioveterinary Science, Lily combines academic insight with hands on calf rearing experience gained across both the UK and New Zealand.
With a background as a Farm Vet Tech and Calf Sales Specialist, Lily has worked to deliver tailored nutritional solutions, involving calf milk replacers, starter feeds, and weaning strategies to drive on farm performance and early life development. Her focus will be on guiding the implementation of practical and science-based solutions with farmers and customers that improve the resilience and lifetime productivity of young ruminants from day one.
The third appointment sees Dr Laura Tennant, previously Young Animal Feed Technical Advisor has been promoted to Young Animal Feed Senior Technical Advisor to reflect her extensive knowledge, passion and commitment to the youngstock sector. Dr Tennant joined Trouw Nutrition in 2019 and has played a leading role in the development of innovative milk replacer technologies including Energized Calf Milk and MilkiVitONE. She has also been at the forefront in implementing calf rehydration strategies.
Dr Tennant emphasises. “These appointments hugely strengthen our young animal feed team blending academic strength, industry knowledge and practical experience. This combination of skills and expertise will deliver great value to all our customers.”
